Service Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 100% deposit or upfront credit card payment will confirm all bookings. We accept all legal tender for payments.
Payments can be made online when making a reservation. Telephonic reservations will require the completion of a credit card authorization form to secure booking.
All persons aged 7 and up will be charged the full adult rate for the diving activity. Children under 7 years of age need to be accompanied by a supervising adult.
REFUND POLICY:
A full refund will be considered in the event of illness, hospitalization, accident or death prior to the booked date of activity. No shows on the booked date of activity are not entitled to a refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the booked activity - 100% cancellation fee applies.
A full refund will be granted should the activity be cancelled by the facility Afrikanos for any reason.
In the event that there is no crocodile activity (crocodiles do not enter the water) while diving at Afrikanos, a voucher will be offered. This voucher is not transferable – your name and details will be recorded on the voucher. The value of the voucher will be for the unsuccessful activity (crocodile diving) and will be valid for 6 months.

COPYRIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
We take photographs, films and videos (including electronic format) of our guests during the excursion and may use such photographic, film and video material for the purpose of advertising or brochure productions which the client irrevocably gives his / her consent thereto and without any consideration being payable to the client.

MEDICAL TREATMENT
Do you have any of the following medical conditions our crew should be aware of?
Epilepsy / Seizures, Asthma, High Blood Pressure / Heart conditions, Diabetes, Other? Please inform our reservations team, so we can take good care of you.
Any first aid or medical treatment provided by Afrikanos shall be discretionary on a compassionate basis only and in no event shall the provision of such first aid or medical treatment amount to admission of liability by Afrikanos for any injuries sustained.

LIABILITY:
Guests must sign an indemnity form prior to the activity thereby acknowledging that the activity is undertaken at own risk. Any unaccompanied minor (under 18 years of age) requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity.
Our indemnity reads as follows: I, a paying or non-paying guest am fully aware that the crocodiles in the enclosure I will be entering are wild and potentially dangerous. Afrikanos shall not in any way be liable for any personal injury, as well as loss or damage to any of my property. I am fully voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept all the risks of injury or death. I further understand that by signing this document I am indemnifying and releasing Afrikanos and its employees and or otherwise associated with them of any claims that might originate from my visit and my presence on the property and diving or other activities I might wish to engage in. I understand that I am responsible for my participation in the diving and other activities I am about to engage into. I together with my dependents, heirs, executors and administrators of my estate hereby release and indemnify Afrikanos against any and all liabilities of whatsoever nature that may arise, which claim I hereby waive in respect of any loss arising from or in connection with any injuries sustained by me or my death caused as a result of or in connection with my visit to and / or presence on the property of Afrikanos
