Service Terms and Conditions

Bookings cancelled by Efoil Cape Town due to weather reason will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the new date, they will be fully refunded.
Bookings cancelled by the client 4 days or more in advance, will be fully refunded.
Bookings cancelled by the client 72 hours before, will be refunded 50%.
Bookings cancelled by the client 48 hours before, will be refunded 25%.
Bookings cancelled by the client 24 hours before, will not be refunded.
